However, I have found that in order to truly keep Twitter enjoyable, I have to occasionally weed out who I’m following. There is a simple reason. Twitter is filled with garbage! So, I have a few flexible rules...

Some Useful French Phrases (thanks Google...

So, here’s my no-holds barred view of my recovery. Real Long Run Report On Sunday, I ran 13 miles (even though I secretly dreaded the prospect of it.) My physical therapist wanted me to try...

My ITBS-Buster Core Workout
As part of my physical therapy for ITBS, I’ve been doing a core workout that focuses on strengthening the hips, hamstrings, and butt. Here are a few of the key exercises I do every time. Of course, sometimes I skip these and just do whatever Coach Jay Johnson says. Stretching I have extremely tight hip flexors, so I have to start every workout now with 5 minutes of stretching. I...

Instapaper Blog: Scrollback →
Before Instapaper Pro 2.2, I got frequent emails from customers who were upset that they had inadvertently tapped the status bar, which scrolls to the top of the article and loses their position. I understood completely, since losing your read position is a form of minor data loss. Most of them…
